At Verdalon, we strive to provide exceptional Professional Consulting Services. Please review our refund and cancellation policy below:
Refund Window
Clients may request a refund within 14 days of the service delivery date. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.
Qualifying Conditions for Refunds
To qualify for a refund, clients must meet the following conditions:
- The service must have been purchased directly from Verdalon.
- The client must provide a valid reason for the refund request, supported by documentation if applicable.
- The service must not have been fully rendered or completed.
Cancellation Procedure
To cancel a service, clients must notify us at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service. Cancellations can be made via email or phone.
Partial Refunds
In certain cases, a partial refund may be issued if the service was partially delivered or if the cancellation occurs within the stipulated timeframe but after the 48-hour notice period.
Non-Refundable Items/Services
The following items/services are non-refundable:
- Consultation sessions that have already been conducted.
- Customized reports or materials created specifically for the client.
- Services booked and not canceled within the 48-hour notice period.
Processing Time
Refund requests will be processed within 10 business days after approval. Clients will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.
